2. What TrendAviv provides

TrendAviv publishes quantitative analytics, model outputs, and research content focused on Israeli markets (including, for example, TASE indices and ILS FX).

Outputs may include probabilistic drift estimates, modeled levels (e.g., S1/R1), volatility estimates, and commentary about inputs and regimes.

• All content is for research and educational purposes only.
• Nothing on the Site is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell.
• You are responsible for your own decisions, due diligence, and risk management.

3. No investment advice

We are not a licensed investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. The Site does not consider your objectives, financial situation, or needs.

4. Eligibility and acceptable use

• If we offer recurring billing, we will disclose it before purchase.
• If we offer trials or promotional pricing, we will disclose the rules and the date it changes.
• Refunds (if any) will follow the policy displayed at the time of purchase, and any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply.
